We should invent a library for weapons where you can rent guns and knives and baseball bats and weapons, it would be awesome.

can you explain the logistics of this, if you were to collect every weapon into one location that definitely isn't safe

Hm... you have my full support for this invention. Maybe it doesn't just store weapons, but catalogues them? A deadly arsenal of all blades, bullets, and bombs known to mankind across all of history... quite the titillating idea.
