i made an oc his name is soonic like sonic mixed with soon bcause he is fast like sonic but only a little slower so he shows up soon but not the fastest

I don't really know how to draw or make an oc but if I had one it would be called Octavio the Bat, no relation to rouge he would also be a vampire bat and a duke of Mobius, he lives near marble zone and his manor is on top of mystic cave zone, he also wears a cape and regal clothes

WOW! That's so epic that Octavio is also a bat and vampire. Cape and regal clothes look good. I hope Octavio, and my original Rouge the Batman, meet up soon.
