Far as I can tell? Nobody with that name or title has been active since the late eighteenth century. Don’t know if Stoker was writing from personal experience or not though, I’ve only been stateside.

I’ve got an annotated Bible, Talmud, Quran, a few sutras, and a gohei I got for a case once with a few prayers for it. And you might want to burn those, ma’am, or at least donate them to your local arm of the Catholic Church. They’re good about handling that sort of thing, got a guy in my local parish who helps me dispose of sensitive materials if I find them. Gives me a kicker too, wife’s never hated it when I came home with a new necklace or something.

Once again, incidental. I’m a private investigator, I get paid to find people and learn things by normal, everyday people. I am just incredibly, stupidly unlucky.

I am legally required to state I do not have any power under any of the fifty states, especially not in the states of Arkansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Hawaii, to apprehend people in violation of any law unless in the capacity of a citizen’s arrest. I did make it through cop college though.
