I don't want to overstep my moderator boundaries because people think I did last time but it looks like Tonic has been causing problems do we need to put him on trial for Fraud, and also Disturbing the peace or do we spare him.

Legally you can't convict him. He has plausible deniability. He didn't sink the titanic bounce house, the ice cube did.
