Sadly, the Grinch has not broken any rules. Looking like a troll does not mean you are participating in trolling, even if admittedly he does look like a troll. We can't justifiably ban him right now, and technically stealing Christmas is not against the rules of the forum.

I promise if he ever becomes a real problem we'll consider it, but right now he has only sent a few messages and mostly stuck to his introduction thread. The only user he's harassed right now is, arguably, Slenderman and I don't think he minds. If he makes it a habit it will not be tolerated.
